Let me start off with a quote by the late great Ronald Reagan...
Republicans believe every day is the Fourth of July, but the Democrats believe every day is April 15.
Millions of Americans filed their taxes today on the deadline. I'm wondering why do so many Americans wait until the last second to file? Could it be that the tax code is too difficult for an average American to interpret? Could it be that many Americans have to pay the IRS even more money and are waiting until the last second to hang onto that money they worked so hard for?
Think about what it would be like if April 15 was just another day at the office and had no significance other than just another day. What if all the money you earned today went straight into your pocket without any taxes being taken out. If the Fair Tax was in place, every penny you worked for, you would actually earn. Can you imagine what hell a politician would catch if we were on the Fair Tax and he tried to pass an amendment to the Constitution for the current tax code? Chapter 13 of Fair Tax, The Truth: Answering the Critics by John Linder and Neal Boortz goes into detail of this scenario. You won't believe how much the government is taking from us to make the politicians more powerful.
Today was the Democrat's favorite day of the year along with the big government supporters. I urge all rich liberals who think the rich should pay more in taxes, to write a check to the US Treasury for whatever percentage you believe the rich should be taxed. Something so simple was really confusing to the liberals so Congressman John Campbell of California introduced an act called "Put your Money Where your Mouth is". This act will create a line on the 1040 form that allows you to write in a dollar amount to pay the government. Now it's really simplified for you left wing loons that think you should pay higher taxes because you're not taxed enough. This data shows the wealthy in America already pay the majority of income tax.

wow this was really interesting... I am going to be honest, I know nothing about taxes. ;)
Oh just wait until I hear a Democrat say someone is not paying enough taxes. I will go on a rant and tirade and write and write on here. Yeah, I'm sure you don't know anything about taxes cause you don't have to pay any hahah.
I had this federal income tax professor a few years ago who taught us the 3 most important things to him were: Gospel/Bluegrass Music, NASCAR, and Wrasslin'. Obviously you can come to the conclusion that I am an expert at federal taxation because of the semester I spent in that class hahah
hahaha
those three things make me think your prof was a genius...................................
